Personalized Ergonomic Assessment and Evaluation

Ergonomic Assessment Coaching services provide one-on-one consultation to identify, minimize and eliminate risk factors associated with muscular cumulative trauma. Assessments are geared toward Office or Physical Task employees (manufacturing, industrial).
Anya meets with the employee to observe and discuss work habits/tasks. Anya offers on-the spot adjustments of equipment/desk set-up (if appropriate), posture coaching, and chair fitting.
Anya gives employee suggestions on how to improve comfort, reduce fatigue, and increase productivity during work. Product recommendations are given if needed, using approved vendors. A written report is provided to supervisor with additional information on what support is needed for the employee to successfully integrate ergonomic interventions into their job.
Pro-Active Ergonomic Assessment Coaching is great for new workstations, when an employee changes job tasks or duties, and as a general education session to instill good work habits and minimal ergonomic risk.
Discomfort Ergonomic Evaluation is more extensive and may include recommendations for physical space modifications or re-design to engineer out risk factors that may contribute to cumulative trauma discomfort and injuries.
Follow-up Assessments confirm that all recommended mitigations have been implemented, and touch base with the employee to ensure that risk factors have been minimized or reduced to acceptable levels.
Ergonomic Assessment and Evaluation sessions satisfies CAL and FED OSHA requirements for Employer Intervention and Prevention of Ergonomic Injuries.
Plan for 50 - 60 minutes per employee, depending on the complexity of the ergonomic issues present or discomfort issues expressed.
